Precision parts, printed to spec.±0.2 mm
XPrecision3D manufactures functional 3D-printed components for OEMs, machine builders, and maintenance teams — from one-off replacement parts to repeat production runs. Engineering-grade materials, documented inspection, shipped on time.
Capabilities
Parts that have to fit, made to your drawing.
We run latest-generation, enclosed multi-material FDM systems and keep the fleet current — so your parts come off modern, well-maintained machines, inspected against your spec before they ship.
| Process | Multi-material FDM (fused deposition modeling) |
|---|---|
| Max part size | up to ≈ 330 × 320 × 320 mm (13 × 12.6 × 12.6 in) |
| Materials | PETG · ABS / ASA · nylon (PA) · carbon-fiber blends · PC · TPU |
| Colors / materials per part | up to 7 in a single print |
| Layer resolution | 0.08 – 0.28 mm application-dependent |
| Typical tolerance | ± 0.2 mm or ± 0.2 % (tighter on request) |
| Quantities | 1 to 500+ units per part number |
| Typical lead time | 3 – 5 business days |
Replacement & legacy parts
Discontinued bracket? Obsolete guide-rail clip? Send a drawing, a STEP file, or the broken part itself — we reverse-engineer and reproduce it.
Low-volume production
Repeat runs with consistent process parameters per part number, so unit 400 measures like unit 4.
Fixtures, jigs & tooling
Assembly aids, go/no-go gauges, soft jaws, and line-side tooling — often cheaper and faster than machining.
Materials
Engineering polymers, matched to the job.
We help you pick the right material for load, temperature, and environment — or print to the material your drawing already calls out.
Prototyping & fixtures
Stiff, dimensionally accurate, and economical. Ideal for form-fit checks, jigs, and indoor parts without heat exposure.
Rigid & precise
Carbon-fiber PLA with excellent stiffness and a clean matte surface — a cost-effective choice for fixtures and gauges.
General industrial
Tough, chemically resistant, dimensionally stable. The workhorse for housings, covers, and brackets.
Durable & UV-stable
Impact-resistant parts for machine environments; ASA adds outdoor UV stability. Printed in a heated chamber for low warp.
Wear & load
Bushings, guides, gears, and snap fits that see friction and repeated load.
Carbon-fiber reinforced
High stiffness-to-weight for fixtures and structural parts that must not flex.
Flexible
Seals, bumpers, grippers, vibration dampers — shore hardness to suit.
High temperature
For parts near heat sources or with elevated mechanical demands.
// Food-contact or certified-material requirements? Ask — we'll confirm feasibility before you commit.
Quality
Every shipment leaves with evidence.
Industrial buyers don’t want promises — they want documentation. Ours is built into the process.
Dimensional inspection
Critical dimensions are measured with calibrated instruments against your drawing. On request, parts ship with a dimensional report per lot.
Lot traceability
Each order is tied to its material batch, machine, and process parameters. Reorders run on the same recipe — no surprises between lots.
First-article approval
For new part numbers we submit a first article for your approval before running the full quantity. You sign off; we produce.
How it works
From file to dock in four steps.
A purchasing-friendly workflow: written quote, PO or card payment, tracked shipment, proper invoice. W-9 and certificate of insurance available on request.
Send your files
STEP, STL, or a drawing — with material, quantity, and any critical dimensions. Quote within one business day.
Confirm & pay
Prepayment or credit card. You receive an order confirmation with committed ship date.
Print & inspect
Parts are produced on documented parameters and inspected against your spec.
Tracked delivery
Securely packed, shipped with tracking, invoiced with full part and lot reference.
Custom & home
Not only for the shop floor.
The same machines and the same precision also make the everyday things people actually want — personalized, durable, and printed to order. Tell us the name, color, or device and we’ll make it yours.
Named phone & tablet stands
Desk and bedside stands for iPad and smartphone — with a name, initials, or logo printed right in. Great gifts and giveaways.
Cable management
Clips, trays, routing channels, and under-desk holders that tidy up cables and chargers — sized to your setup.
Décor & home accents
Planters, vases, light covers, hooks, and wall pieces — mainstream home items in the colors and finishes you choose.
Custom gifts & one-offs
Keepsakes, name tags, ornaments, replacement knobs and clips — a single piece is no problem, minimum order is one.
// Have a picture or a rough idea? Send it over — we’ll tell you if it prints well and what it costs.
About
Small shop. Industrial standards.
XPrecision3D LLC is a Virginia-based additive manufacturing service focused on one thing: functional parts that industrial customers can actually put into service. We were founded on a simple observation — machine builders and service teams often wait weeks for simple polymer components that can be produced in days.
Being small is our advantage. No ticket queues, no minimum order values, no six-week lead times. You talk directly to the people who run the machines, and your parts are inspected by the same hands that packed them.
